Day 14

Another mic drop by God in today’s reading. He showed up! Whew, finally! Today’s would be my shortest so far.

In 38: 1, He starts with ‘who is this that obscures my plans with words without knowledge?’. He furthers tells Job to brace himself up like a man because he would be questioned (since you think you have this all figured out, right?). Hahaha… God is keeping the same energy with him. Job thinks he is the only one who can ask questions? lol

I counted the number of question marks and there were 50 in my bible version! It means God asked Job at least 50 questions in today’s reading. God is describing His awesomeness using questions! I am reminded of God’s nature and how great he is.

There is still no response from Job to all God’s questions so far. Overall, at the end, God is all-powerful and all-knowing. Looking forward to tomorrow’s reading already.
